    OBJECTIVE

To equip our students with basic work-readiness skills and place them to prospective employers

    INTRODUCTION

CAA is a leader in training Chartered Accountants in Zimbabwe. The academy started operating in 2011, and introduced the placement programme in 2013.Since then, CAA continued to assist students in securing places for articles within ICAZ recognized training offices. In 2014 CAA itself registered as a training office, and started recruiting students from CTA Full-Time class for articles. From 2014, CAA started organizing firm seminars, whereby equal opportunity is offered to ICAZ training firms to visit and do presentation on their recruitment process to CTA students who will be studying.

From 2015/6 the programme has been extended to ACCA and CTA Part-Time students after studying with CAA.
