HOD- Lecturer (x3)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates training of team members
  • Controls and tracks implementation of departmental activities on the Academic calendar.
  • Schedules and monitors delivery of classes.
  • Schedules and monitors examinations
  • Monitors and controls customer experience
  • Monitors Academic team research activities
  • Meet students for consults
  • Any other

Skills

  • Must have demonstrable leadership skills. (Self Leadership and critical thinking is a must)
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have good People Management skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage difficult situations such as dilemmas
  • Familiarity with CAA Admin and Management Systems is an added advantage

An APC qualification or better

Accounts Clerk

Purpose: Assisting the Accounting Administrator

Duties:
• Bank recs (all cash books)
• Asset Register
• Reconciliations- Bank, cash on hand, creditors, and intercompany
• Posting into Sage
• The role deals more with ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the Balance sheet.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent/IAC.
EXPERIENCE
• One-year related work experience and being knowledgeable in sage evolution is an added advantage.

DEBTORS CLERK

Purpose: Assisting the debtors administrator

  • Duties:
    • Following up with debtors based on payment plans
    • Managing Debtors call center
    • Assisting clients with financing applications
    • Data capturing of student details, updating student accounts.
    • Effective utilization of Debtors management systems
    • Assisting students with the registration process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent/IAC.

EXPERIENCE

  • One-year related work experience and being knowledgeable in sage evolution is an added advantage.

ADMIN ASSISTANT

    1. Procurement function will include (but not limited) to the following:
    2. Prepare purchase orders and respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
    3. Review requisition orders and verify accuracy, quantity, and specifications.
    • Perform buying duties when necessary.
    1. Communicate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
    2. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in determining the best potential suppliers.
    3. Infrastructure – General maintenance of the premises (Repairs and monitoring cleaning of all offices, furniture, and equipment).
    4. Logistics – International and local travel bookings.
    5. Supervising setting up of venues and equipment material for lectures.
    6. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Administrator.

     

    Qualifications,

    A diploma in Purchasing and Supply or Business Administration from a reputable and recognised tertiary institution.

     

    Skills, and experience required:

    • Have at least 1 year of working experience.
    • Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
    • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Have a mature and confidential predisposition and personality.
    • Should have solid communication and interpersonal skills.
