VACANCY : ADMINISTRATION CLERK (Fixed term contract)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Recently qualified Business Administration Graduate.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Support in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in organisational promotional activities (e.g. social media and social events).
- Collaborate with leading teams in monitoring budgets.
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, and feedback.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with computer software and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for marketing.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
