The Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe) qualification

The Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe) qualification (PSPA(Z)) is provided by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. The PSPA(Z) Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) is a one-year initiative tailored for senior finance and accounting professionals with significant strategic and financial management responsibilities in the public sector.

This specialized program is a collaborative effort involving the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ), the Public Service Academy (PSA), and the Chartered Accountants Academy, the educational service provider within this collaboration. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will attain the esteemed designation of ICAZ Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe). Furthermore, they will be recognized as Registered Public Accountants by the Public Accountants and Auditor Board (PAAB).
