When preparing for the most challenging exam of your life, one requires as much support as possible. Below, I summarize the remarkable assistance I received from CAA during the ITC June 2024 Board Course—a level of support for which I will forever be grateful, and that helped me successfully pass the exam.
Support Before Exams
The CAA ITC Board Course began well in advance, three months before the exam, providing ample time for students and facilitators to connect. Complex topics, such as exam techniques, were given the attention they deserved. Early assessments were conducted, and they always came back with valuable feedback, guiding us on areas for improvement. One of the program’s standout features is that it’s tailored for each candidate. I remember how, before any major change in the learning approach, a poll would be circulated in the WhatsApp group to gauge everyone’s preferences. Gone are the days of the one-size-fits-all approach to education. For instance, those who preferred online learning were given that option, while those who preferred physical classes also had their needs met.The learning experience was further enhanced by the fact that all CAA ITC Board Course lectures were delivered by qualified CAs who had already walked this journey. These dedicated professionals made themselves available, even after hours, to ensure every candidate was fully prepared.
In addition, CAA went the extra mile to offer the ITC June 2024 Board Course free of charge, easing financial burdens at a time when disposable incomes have been shrinking. This generosity allowed us to focus entirely on our exam preparation without the distraction of financial concerns.CAA also played a crucial role in communicating with ICAZ on behalf of candidates, ensuring smooth processes for late registration and for those still awaiting supplementary exam results. All communication from ICAZ, including meetings and announcements, was perfectly managed by CAA.
Support on Exam Day
A leader knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way, and CAA, being a leader in nurturing future business leaders, proved this on both exam days. CAA staff, including the CEO and MD, personally came to wish us well, a gesture that significantly reduced exam-day anxiety. Despite the coldness of the Jubilee Hall, CAA’s team brought essential amenities such as a microwave and a water dispenser. Though exam nerves kept me from using the microwave, it’s important to recognize CAA’s thoughtfulness and dedication to our well-being during these critical days. Thanks to CAA’s exceptional support, I passed the ITC June 2024 exam, and for that, I will always be thankful.
