Governance

Our Governance.

The governance structure of Chartered Accountants Academy is maintained through the oversight of both the Main Board and the Academic Board. These boards play integral roles in guiding and ensuring the effective management, strategic direction, and academic excellence of the academy. The Main Board typically oversees broader organizational matters, while the Academic Board focuses specifically on academic affairs, curriculum development, and maintaining high educational standards. This dual-board governance approach contributes to the overall success and quality of the educational programs offered by Chartered Accountants Academy.
